Hot rolled steel cross-bracing was added to the client's existing carport for seismic safety. A beautiful knuckle joint attaches the cross members of 1" solid square bar. Bracing attaches to the carport structure with threaded studs to custom receiving brackets, while the rustic pre-oxidized finish lends an eye to the carport's unpolished air.
